His expertise spans the physical layer, MAC layer, link layer, and network layer protocols for a variety of communications networks.  He is a seasoned veteran who understands complex broadband technology issues from both a theoretical and practical implementation perspective.

Dr. Bims is also experienced leading technology teams of hardware and software developers in the implementation of network infrastructure.  His leadership experience ranges from technical manager, to Founder and CEO.
